Muscular strength      - It is improved when certain muscles are used over and over again and get stronger.   4. SKILL RELATED FITNESS 6. Speed      - Ability to move to certain positions quickly.       - Able to do the fast dance steps.   7. Reaction time      - Able to follow what the instructor does almost as soon as you see it.   8. Agility - Able to move and change direction and position of the body quickly and      effectively while dancing.  9. Balance      - Able to stay in control of body movement.   10. Coordination - Able to move more than one body part under control in different ways, but still appear to be moving smoothly and efficiently.   11. Power - Able to use a maximal force in as short time as possible, as in accelerating, jumping and throwing.
